Solution:
Based on research I compile an understanding of who is probably visiting the site and what do they possibly want to do. Based on this I lay out a wireframe that works with this. It turned out during the process that the software tool had some limitations so the suggested layout was not possible. Because of this I revised the suggestion based on what was possible and more advice on how to make the flow logical for the talent.
